Returns & Exchanges

At Plusskateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unmounted equipment in its original packaging. Please note that once a skateboard has been assembled or gripped, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact, within 30 days of the delivery date.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
